Raised tickets ,no answer.tried to  contact Cameron.no answer.Locked out of my x-aviation purchases in X-plane 11.50b17.Ever since new Gizmo update.i realize there must be some shady people trying all sorts of scams to try for free products but i have a lot of money invested here and i think i deserve an explanation and help

Moderators do not have access to X-Aviation purchase and activation records or the help desk ticketing system.

The sites are closely affiliated but still separate entities.
