TBM 900 DOA

Downloaded the TBM 900 from XAviation it appears to be a clean install. However it's unresponsive/nothing works. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times only to have same result. Anyone have any suggestions

If nothing is working, that usually indicates an activation issue, and/or an incorrect installation path.

Make sure during installation you select the root X-Plane folder for installation, and you enter your email and password in the activation pop up window.

If you've tried this, post your log.txt file and I can take a closer look.

I get the email/password activation pop up and complete once I select the plane sim starts but nothing is responsive.

Can you also post the log.txt file.  Not the TBM900_Log.txt file.  Both files are found in the root X-Plane folder.

What we expected.  You're running X-Plane on an on-board Intel GPU.  

Do you have a standalone Graphics card you can install or do you plan on installing one at any time in the future?

On board GPU's aren't really recommended to run X-Plane on.  And the TBM will run into all kinds of problems with Intel GPU's.

I have a standalone GTX1650 maybe I'll look into something a bit better tho.
