Pocket Rocket switch problems

When i click switches or buttons i hear them click bot nothing moves or turns on. The throttles don't move either. When i use ctrl shift e to start it the Prop looks very wrong (see images) and switches still don't work. I have r einstalled 3 times to no avail.
