Sounds like a routing issue to the server. Clogged traffic between your home and the specific server it's connecting to, or something of that nature.

Some weeks ago i downloaded the product at 19/22mb/s but it doesn't work right now. I'm from italy, maybe is this a problem for connection? Edited June 14, 2020 by Artek98
Cameron Posted June 14, 2020 Report Posted June 14, 2020 That is your connection to the closest speedtest.net server to you. Servers exist all over the world. As I stated, the route for which your ISP is connecting you from your home to the download server is slow. I don't know why.
