Engine fire when starting new flight with tbm9000

Just bought tbm900

looking at tutorial and engine start demo plane started to move and crashed

reloading gives tbm on ramp with door open and after couple of seconds engine fire and collaps of gear

any advise how to solve problem.

You are probably loading on a bad scenery tile.  Try a default airport to see if the problem persists.
