licence activation TBM-900

HELLO 

so when i load into x plane 11 and jump into the plane i login to the gizmo and a api error comes up attempt to call global and then it says no licence message lots of times can somone help thx 

this is my first time download

Typical error with that. It's likely blocking the activation.

Disable Bit Defender or create an exception.

yh i am still getting it for some reason what file will i need to select for it to work ?

I don't use Bit Defender, so I can't help you further on that other than to tell you it is the cause of the issue you are seeing.
