trostkowski Posted June 3, 2020 Report Posted June 3, 2020 Looking for some help with the TBM. I cannot get the product to save the license file. It downloads and installs fine, but when it loads, the licensing window will not go away, even after entering the same credentials I used to download the software. Looking at the Gizmo console, it would appear that the license is valid, but it cannot be saved. My log file and Gizmo log are attached; any help anyone can provide is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance! Log.txt GizmoLog.txt Quote
trostkowski Posted June 23, 2020 Author Report Posted June 23, 2020 Is anyone able to help with this? I haven't been able to get any response from support, so I'm hoping someone here can help me with the issue. Quote
Ben Russell Posted June 24, 2020 Report Posted June 24, 2020 Try moving X-Plane to your Desktop instead of C:\ Quote
trostkowski Posted June 25, 2020 Author Report Posted June 25, 2020 Thanks for the response, Ben. Unfortunately, I'm still getting the same error. Quote

Try this to make sure you have full permisions to write to the X-Plane folder and it's contents. https://www.laptopmag.com/au/articles/take-ownership-folder-windows-10-using-file-explorer Quote
