ATC not updating AIRAC?

YBBN has new waypoints, SID and STAR which is reflected in Navigraph AIRAC 2006.  The FMC recognises the new additions but not the ATC when I try to lodge a flight plan (see attached photos).

I am running X-Plane 10.41, IXEG 737 v. 1.3 with stable GIZMO.

I think this would be a question you need to put to Laminar Research (X-Plane), not here. It looks like your new nav database is getting read by our FMS, but not by Laminar?

You are absolutely right, what was I thinking?  When you fly just one plane almost all the time you forget the other players making it all work.  All good now, I sorted it out, and as usual, it turned out to be a simple (read silly) error at my end.
