I am trying to input mach .740 into my crz page etc and it always keeps saying invalid entry ?

I've tried .74 , .740 , /.74 , /.740 

what is the correct way ????

FL350 is what I set as the CRZ :)

Hmm, it *SHOULD* work then...but, as you probably know, the FMS and especially the VNAV portion of it are still not where they should be. Especially altering inputs to the vertical navigation during the flight can give you some odd results. This is an area "under construction" (for a while now!) and - as in the real aircraft - if the FMS acts up, revert to more basic modes of flight automation.
