Failures

Hello all,

I know the TBM simulates maintenance and the condition of the different aspects of the plane, but I'm not really sure regarding the following two items:

1. Does it simulates failures in mid flight ? If so, does it directly connected to the maintenance condition of the plane ?
2. Does it simulates failures in mid flight randomly ?

1. Yes and yes.

2. Yes, but depending on how you treat it.  For example: Overtorque the engine for too long, you will get an engine fire. with damaged components that you will need to repair on the ground via the maintenance manager.
