Use the engage/disengage option in the Saab section of the keybindings.

Map this command "LES/CMD/CW/button/AP_disconnect" to a yoke button. This is the RED button found on the aircraft yoke.

first clic disconnects AP

second clic silences the Alarm as per the real thing.
