jetset Posted April 11, 2020 Report Posted April 11, 2020 Hello, i have the newest version installed and received a CTD after 1 hour inflight from EVRA to EDDS at FL290., In the event viewer I have the error message: Pfad des fehlerhaften Moduls: D:\Xplane11\X-Plane 11\Aircraft\X-Aviation\TBM-900\plugins\systems\win_x64\systems.xpl Attched Log.txt Thx for checking Mark Log.txt Quote
Goran_M Posted April 11, 2020 Report Posted April 11, 2020 You're the 4th person to report this kind of crash who has the AOS plugin installed. I'm seeing a common theme here so far. Could I ask you to disable or remove all 3rd party plugins, except Gizmo, and try again. You could try just removing AOS for now, and see if that has any effect, but failing that, try taking them all out. Quote
jetset Posted April 11, 2020 Author Report Posted April 11, 2020 Thx Goran, sorry but AOS plugin? ;-) Didnt se it in my plugin folder? Quote
jetset Posted April 11, 2020 Author Report Posted April 11, 2020 Ah Ok its the SAM Plugin. Never had any problem with this plugin. Also in the previous version of the TBM never had any CTD based on this plugin. Strange it pops out now especially as I did a 2 hrs flight yesterday without any issues Quote
Goran_M Posted April 11, 2020 Report Posted April 11, 2020 Then it might be a good idea to disable/remove all 3rd party plugins at once, except Gizmo, and then try it again. This is the best way to diagnose such things. Please post back with results. Quote
jetset Posted April 11, 2020 Author Report Posted April 11, 2020 Ok I will. I just started a new flight with the latest nvidia driver and without SAM plugin only. Lets see how far I can go ;-) Quote
jetset Posted April 11, 2020 Author Report Posted April 11, 2020 Hi Goran, made a successfull flight now of round about 2hrs without a CTD. Maybe it was luck maybe it was due to switch off the SAM plugin. I will see it on the next flights Quote
Goran_M Posted April 11, 2020 Report Posted April 11, 2020 If you want to continue testing, by all means, add the plug in back, and see what happens. But treat it only as a test flight. If not, just enable/disable the plugin in your plugin admin menu. Quote
Swish Posted April 18, 2020 Report Posted April 18, 2020 Hi! I am new here, and just wanted to pop in as I was having the same issue (random CTDs). Disabling SAM plugin has been a fix (thus far!) Quote
