No MFD

Has anyone else experienced this after updated to 1.1.11?  See attachment - the MFD incorrectly displays the PFD.  I am hoping this is a situation of me missing something obvious.  Complete un-install/re-install yielded same results.

Press the red button on the Audio Panel.  You're in PFD backup mode.  This mode exists in case you lose 1 or both PFD's.  The PFD is considered more important than the MFD as it contains all the important information for flying.
