I’m a little bit disapponted about no answers on my opened ticket about this problem. As a matter of fact i paid for it and i’m expecting it works properly. I tried several times, on Mac and on Windows too, but the downloaded file is not able to be installed.

P.s. I’m a customer X-Aviaton, with other products, all of them perfect, LIPZ has been the first with problems
