download problem

downloaded my purchased product for xplane 10 but when installed it seems they have given me a link to the version for xplane 11 so it wont work have left a ticket for xaviation but no joy has anyone have any ideas how to solve thanks

X-Plane 10 products are no longer archived on the servers after years of support beyond the time X-Plane 11 came out. We provided free upgrades to X-Plane 11 versions in such instances.
