TBM900 Installation impossible

When i launch the installer for validate my purchase and install the plane i have an error message that said: Error fetching URL http://www.x-aviation.com/merchant/wrapper.php

i bought the plane yesterday, downloaded the installer TBM-windows-installer-exe version 1.1.9 and i can't use it.

Of course i have send a message to the support of X-aviation but no answer, i am waiting...

I hope somebody have an idea for fix this problem

Check firewall and allow the installer to access x-aviation for the installer.

Make sure X-Plane is not running when you're installing the TBM.

After allow the installer in firewall same happens so i have deactivated my AV and the firewall of kaspersky internet security but i have always the same error message. The Firewall of windows defender is also deactivated. What's happen ?

What can i do more, i am very frustrated i would like to use this beautifull plane

Are you installing to your root X-Plane folder?  Do not install to a custom folder.

 i have put the installer in the root folder of X-Plane 11 and i run it. In the X-Aviation customer purchase validation i fill in my email adress and my password and click next. this is at this moment than i have the error message: Error fetching URL etc... i click ok and is over

As you can see i can't go very far cause i am blocked immediately

Does your password have any unusual characters in it?  Anything other than numbers and letters?

Theres your problem.  The installer can't recognize unusual characters.  Only numbers and letters.  Please change your password in your X-Aviation account and then try installing again with the new password

I have changed my password but i lost it ! i left a message to the support of X-Aviation and now i must wait for a new password

I have find my new password without unusual characters like you said and i have could install my TBM900.
