Hi everyone,

Just transferred recently to x plane 11, and bought the IXEG 737, and I’m blown away by the level of details of this sim...still early days, but I love it! Credit goes to IXEG team for this aircraft of pure art!

Just an observation, the throttle levers and the radio panel look different to the ones that are in the gallery on the IXEG website, am I missing something?  is there a way to switch these items like you could with the steam gauges? Or have these items been phased out now?

kind regards,

Nick

Hi Nick,

welcome and thanks for the nice words.

We had to switch styles for some instruments during development - mostly because I was able to provide detailed shots for the type we had installed in the aircraft I flew. So yeah, some of those "early WIP" shots aren´t representative of the final, current product. At this point it is also not likely that we will spend the time to develop different variants for things like radios or transponder panels, to be honest. I hope that you will get used to those that we have!

Happy landings, Jan

Jan,

It really isn’t a deal breaker for me, I just thought for a second I did something wrong or missed something during the installation.

I love this product! the plane is by far my favourite of all time in real life too, and is 80% of the reason for me to add xplane 11 to my sims.

Thanks for the reply, please feel free to delete this thread.

many thanks

Nick
