HotStart TBM 900 v1.1.7 Update frame rates

Hi all having an issue where my frame rates drop by 10 frames on startup as the prop begins to pick up speed ? Once the prop is at full speed the frames remain low and the sim is unusable . The view selected it sitting in the pilot seat looking out the window  and the problem is only in this view .the issues is at KABQ mister x scenery runway 3 . latest  version of x plane  , 1080ti i7 7700k 5.2 ghz 32gn ddr4 memory m.2 ssd x 2
