windshield icing

hi i dont seem to be getting icing effect on the windshield . ive got visual effects set to high the rain works but no icing effect on the windows.currently at 29000 ft in the sim -40c and switched window heat off but even when i fly through cloud the windshield does not ice up

I would have to double check, but I'm not on the PC at the moment, but I think ice and rain effects are in one of the TBM menus.

plugins->TBM900>configure visual effects

Then, under rain and ice, check it's actually on, or select what you prefer.

thx for reply all box`s are ticked and got the setting on hi i think rain and windshield icing are 1 box  i get the rain texture but not seen the icing effect yet ive kept the wind shield heat of on purpose just to catch a glimpse of it
