Blank fourth monitor screen

I have a 3+1 monitor setup, cockpit shows up on 3X surround view, but other monitor grey blank. Every other aircraft works fine, problem unique to this one. Any ideas? Photo enclosed.  Tried one uninstall and reinstall.

OK, uninstalled and deleted output state files, reinstalled and it now works.

Glad you got it sorted.  Neither of us have a multi monitor set up, but I asked another person who was helping me out with it.  He couldn't replicate your problem and was trying different things.  Thanks for posting back.
