Yep, that did it.  Thanks for the quick response.

For your knowledge, I did not have to disable Bitdefender.  Instead, once I opened the Bitdefender GUI, I then saw the notifications had gone up.  Click on Notifications, then it will list that x-aviation was blocked.  Simply click the "Add exception" option below each event and it will no longer block it.

I outlined that just to help - better to allow the exception than to disable AV.  Hopefully, that helps.

UPDATE: To be clear, you were dead on with Bitdefender being the problem!
