Sensitivities and Curves

Has anyone worked out the ideal Sensitivities and Curves for CH Yoke and pedals for this one.

Seems a bit erratic on final.

Saab's can be quite erratic/unstable on final IRL.  Key is to keep your airspeed up around 100-120kts, depending on weight.  From memory, it's the lack of wing sweep that does it.
