CDNCAVOK Posted November 3, 2018 Report Posted November 3, 2018 Hello, Just wondering if where does the Hobbs meter extract it's data from? In the Airframe Manager when I create a new airframe, the engine seems to take accumulated time from somewhere, e.g. 7.3 hours instead of 2.3 hour I remember seing when I created my very first airframe in V 1.0. I am using V1.9 now Thanks Quote
RobW05 Posted November 3, 2018 Report Posted November 3, 2018 I remember having seen this on a YouTube video, the Hobbs meter shows roughly the flight time it would have taken IRL to ferry your new plane to the location you loaded it up. Cool feature many wouldn't notice. Quote
CDNCAVOK Posted November 3, 2018 Author Report Posted November 3, 2018 Well I managed to load an airframe with 2.9 hours at Tarbes for my Atlantic crossing so it is showing 2.9 hours. I am using the Steveo skin. I remember when I first loaded it the engine was at 2.3 (In V1.0) , and I wanted to create a new airframe at now it is at 2.9. Just for general info I was just wondering which file contains this info. Quote
