Loaded up airplane with problems

I'm unsure as to what happened, however I figured I would at least bring it to someone's attention just incase it's an issue with the plane, or if it was just simply user error (although I do not think that that was the case)
 

I loaded up in my aircraft this morning in Innsbruck, and my turbine was broken, landing gear lever was up, autofeather was broken, and a bunch of other smaller things were broken as well; this wasn't however how I left the aircraft the night before. It was in perfect condition the day before.

 

Could this be something that I did wrong with loading up the plane this morning? This was on 1.03. Updated it to 1.04 after the flight.

Sounds like something you did wrong before quitting X-Plane.
