Rain on windscreen

Did some flying yesterday and noticed when on the ground in rain I was not seeing anything on the the glass.  Any one else having this issue?

What weather engine is in use ?

Did you try X-Plane default wx if u are using 3rd party wx (like X-Enviro, FSGRW)

Only weather addon I have is SkyMaxx Pro v4. I will give it a try w/o it later today when Im back home to see if that is the culprit.
