Hi

I did a flight left during and now everytime I load the plane is boots to flight recovery which i dont want and it crashes the sim anyway to fix this or just straight up disable the system

The only way you can load again the TBM200 after a 1st launch is to start your flight with other aircraft like C172 and change it via Instructor console by teh TBM900. in this case it will load and you'll not have CTD.

I can load the plane i have an issue with the flight save system they have. and doing your method did not solve it sadly

What I did to troubleshoot was delete the files in the S:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\X-Plane 11\Output\TBM900\state folder and reboot the sim. This gave me a fresh aeroplane without any saved states.
