RazTheBlade Posted September 17, 2018 Report Posted September 17, 2018 My machine ID got locked up by the Authentication system (likely for too many activations). I have a backup of my XP11 directory that I restore regularly. Each time, because the authentication code updates, I need to re-authenticate and enable my X-Aviation aircraft. I opened a ticket on this over 2 weeks ago, sent multiple e-mails and absolutely no sound from X-Aviation! Anyone knows what is going on with Support? I am used to getting answers from Cameron much much quicker! Thanks!
Cameron Posted September 17, 2018 Report Posted September 17, 2018 The contact page explicitly states not to send multiple emails or it will delay a response.A machine ID gets locked up only because you selected it to be locked. It also states that the process is a forever selection and intended to be irreversible.Licensing issues are not to be handled on the forums.
