Help with vnav and fmc

I have been trying to fly this route cyyz to cyow and each time (3) I climb perfect and then went it gets to TOD it won’t decend and get an autopilot error (red button) . I have the vnav and lnav onand the alt button is on 10000 before TOD.

Hi Steve,

I am not really sure what you mean with the red button autopilot error? Does the autopilot disconnect?

Your route on the FMS looks good, but your descent path has two restrictions in it (230B and 100B) that our Vnav logic does not handle well (yet). So it might be possible that you run up against that.

Unfortunately there is only one thing I can recommend in that case, and that is to fly the descent in an autopilot mode that is more under the pilot´s control, like FL CHG or V/S.

Thanks litjan, what I mean by autopilot error is there are three little boxes on pilot view and one light up saying autopilot . I push the button to get rid of the error , but it doesn’t seem to disconnect the autopilot. 

Inwill try and do a manual descent , and thanks for letting me know, i thought it was my programming the FMC

Jan when will you guys release the FMS update, because I do know you guys are workin on re-doing the flight management portion. It's a shame that a aircraft like this was released in this state. IMHO you should have taken your time & released it in full, we can be patient & wait.

You know what Jan your right, I can't because this is THE most immersive aircraft I've ever flown on a simulator, not even PMDG or FSLabs got their sounds & camera system as close as this. I do hope you will finish the plane soon though.
