Strange indication of frequency meter (ver. 1.21)

When both AC GEN buses are powered by APU, frequency meter shows 0 Hz on STB bus with STB PWR switch in AUTO position.

AC Voltmeter shows 115 V on STB bus at the same time. See picture.

Without checking my wiring diagrams I would say that this is probably a bug. We fixed some stuff with regard to the standby power system, and that may have slipped under the radar!
