ILS & GS Frequencys ?

I am flying XP-11.  I do not like using ATC.  How do I find the frequencies to dial up with out having to deal with ATC.  When flying FSX, one could go to the destination airport prior to takeoff and find the runway of choice along with the ILS frequency while preparing my flight plan.  Is this not possible in XP?  I'd appreciate any information on the subject.  Obliged.

Use the 'M' key to bring up the map, then view frequencies there when zooming into airports.
