So, I am currently using MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 and X-Plane 10, I purchased Soundmaxx yesterday and I have tried re-downloading it from x-aviation numerous times. Whenever I try to install it, the setup program comes up with an error message (attached below). I am assuming the installer may be out of date for my current OS. Could someone help or give me advice on what to do, as I have thoroughly gone through all of the X-Plane forums imaginable and found many people with the same problem, but no solutions, understandably, I don't want to end up finding out that I have wasted $20 on something that doesn't work. Many thanks.

I have contacted x aviation support on the same issue. I received a ticket number but have not received any follow up. I purchased SoundMaxx in first week of January 2019. I have searched the forums and googled for answers but no luck so far. I hope someone has solution for this problem.
