No plugins?

Hey guys

I've got the following problem:

I can't open any plugins in X-Plane, when I try to click on the 'Plugins' Tab it shows that it's clicked (it gets darker), but there doesn't come down a Menu.

Here's a Picture of what I mean:

I've already tried to delete the preferences and removed all the plugins, but I couldn't fix it.

Are you sure you placed the Plugins in the correct folder?  Be sure to read each plugins' Readme file.

Yes, I've done everything how it's said in the Readme file. Shouldn't the Menu appear even if I don't have any plugins installed?

Yes it should, I am now out of ideas.  This is probably something for Indi- or someone with more plugin knowledge than me.

still doesn't work, any ideas?

I've got nothing, I'm sorry. Last step would be trying to reinstall XP if no one can help  :-\
