1.5 xp11, can't steer on the ground

Gust lock off, ruder operational, but the steering wheel is fixed and does not respond to turn inputs. I then select (any) other aircraft and the problem is inherited by that aircraft as well. Not an xplane problem because other aircraft steer ok until I select Saab 340 1.5. Afterwards no aircraft (selected after Saab 340) will have ground steering until sim is restarted.

Please check the Saab support forums prior to posting.  This is a known issue, which has already been corrected and will be in the next update.
