Aircraft will not turn

Hello all.

My aircraft will not follow the legs or turn when heading is selected. it remains on the current course.

LNAV and VNAV are engaged when following the FMC. CMD A is lit.

Not sure I understand you correct, but you cannot have both LNAV and HDG selected at the same time

Hi Morten.

I have VNAV and LNAV set upon departure to follow the FMC.

If the aircraft will not turn to the next leg, I adjust the heading to intercept and select HDG SEL.

In either case, the aircraft continues forward with no change in direction...

You set LNAV/VNAV before departure? If so, on the Classic you cannot do this...you need to get airborne first.. (400' Jan?)

Also, In your screenshot, I see you are in CWS mode (yellow txt on the ADI).  The aircraft thinks you want to fly manually.  This happens if you accidentally bump into your controls, or your hardware is spiking signals.  Try increasing the "null zone" in the settings if so

Sorry Morten, I meant to say that I set LNAV and VNAV once airborne.

CWS has disappeared, but aircraft still not responding to directions...

Hmm.. very strange.  I suggest you try one of our tutorial flights (documentation+videos) with FMS and tell us where exactly things start to go wrong.

Also, try a takeoff without touching the FMC and see if HDG mode works then. (after a fresh start of the sim)

Further, if you recently added any 3rd party plugins, try disabling those, there might be a conflict.
