x aviation IXEG 737 and gizmo error message

I have the latest X plane 11 update installed and  every time I load a flight with IXEG 737 I get a x aviation pop up asking me to enter email and password. When I do it doesn't do anything. I also get a gizmo error message to re-install. I don't remember installing gizmo or does this install with IXEG? Anyone else have this issue?
