Soundmaxx Corrupt?

Hi, I have just purchased Soundmaxx. When I go to install, I get a popup "There has been an error. Installer payload initialisation failed. This is likely due to an incomplete or corrupt download file"

I have the same issue here. MAC Sierra OS, x-plane 11 though I am not sure that matters since I never get past the initial install, MacBook Pro 2017 only a few months old , I have tried using stuff it expander, re-downloading, rebooting, downloading with safari, downloading with chrome.  I can't get past the same initial message.  I also put in a support ticket but have had no reply yet.  Anyone?  Anyone?

These clowns have no interest in follow up support. They are quick to take your money but won't reply to issues with installation. I am absolutely disgusted with what is just plain theft. Arseholes!!!!!!!!!

Maybe you should make some effort to actually search for your answer in this forum (the answer is here in numerous topics) rather than waste your time calling names.
