XP freeze due to preflight menu

Hello together,

XP freezes for approx. 4 minutes after I click on "Apply Settings" in the preflight menu (even if there were no changes in the preflight menu).

Can you please help me?

Hi Jens,

I really have no idea - haven´t heard that one before.

Just a wild guess - some people install X-Plane or add-ons on "weird" drives, like USB sticks, external HDD, etc. This can work in some instances, but seriously bottleneck in others.

Another idea is some sort of background process hogging your system, or an antivirus program doing some "live" IO operation checking...

I have the impression that it is the DataRefTool plugin.
