Android or iOS: Which one makes the better "EFB"

Hello folks,

I consider buying a tablet to use it as an electronic flight bag and I am wondering if I should get a android or an apple device.
The charts will very likely come from navigraph and their app is available on iOS and android, and thus this does not affect my decision.
I am wondering which platform has more useful apps available. By useful I mean for example a flight planer, a fuel calculation tool, a performance calculation tool (preferably all in one app), instruments with real time display of xplane data or an FMC for the IXEG 737, just to name a few ideas from the top of my head.

Important: I am only interested in answers regarding available flight sim apps. The other concerns such as "which exact hardware at what cost" or "is apple better than google" do not bother me.

Now, what are your opinions on this?

Thank you,
Chris
