I purchased the 737 classic last night and launched X-Plane 11 and it
prompted me to activate the product by entering my X-Aviation
email/password. I am sure that I entered in the correct information and even changed my password several times to make sure I had the right password but it
told me "incorrect password" every time, so I am unable to activate the product. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Hi Cameron, 

Thanks for the quick reply. I reset my password several times and entered in the new password each time, and it still didn't work. How would I go about getting the right password?
