Can't enter validation details

For the DC-3, I can't enter my validation details for some reason. There are no fields for email and password. 4k monitor, if that matters. Any ideas? (Attached screenshot) Hope this hasn't been covered. No search I attempted using multiple syntax worked. Thanks. <edit> Just tried the Take Command CRJ-200, same issue. Seems to be common to the BitRock installer. My other purchases that use the InstallBuilder work.

Hiya,

Not got it myself yet but...........

If it's in a zip/rar state once downloaded, make sure you've un-zipped-rarred it before trying to install

You need to lower your Windows text/font size back down to 100%. It's currently pushing text off screen.
