I am a first timer customer of X-Aviation and I recently purchased a copy of X-Aviation's DC 3 which I am very much looking forward to flying however, when I activate the setup-os app I'm met with a file is corrupt notice and can go no further. I tried another download with the same results and am loath to try a third time as I am only allowed 3 downloads. I am using an iMac running OSX Sierra. After checking out a few forums, I learn that X-Aviation does not support OSX Sierra.

My question is, I really want the DC 3 product, have paid $45CAD for it but haven't found a work around for the issue, what do I do? Is the developer planning on fixing the issue in the near future, can they offer a work around or must I ask for my money back?

Respectfully,

Tim

Thank you very much for the response, it is much appreciated. I look forward to receiving notice of the solution and to finally getting to fly your DC 3, something I have wanted to do for a long time now.

regards,

Tim
