aliyah5 Posted October 22, 2016 Report Posted October 22, 2016 Hello, My HD crashed and when attempting to download the IXEG 737 again, my account page indicated that I had to request a new download link. I went on the X-Aviation site, signed on to my account and requested a new link, while submitting my order number on the suggested form. After 2 weeks as I was not sure that the request was received, I sent another request all the while, not receiving any confirmation that you received the first request. I have waited about a month from the 1st request with no response. I find it difficult to believe that with today's technology that it would take this long to respond in some form to my request. I have been looking on the forum and have noticed that others have had the same issue. I also have been looking in my spam folder since the second request again with no response. If someone could please assist me, I would really appreciate it. Please let me know what information you are in need of or if there is anything I can assist with in expediting this request. Kind Regards, Peter Please send an email to 'support@x-aviation.com' for asking them to reset your 737 slots. -You should receive a ticket confirmation number. This confirms you are on the queue. -Response time is 3 business days They will double check (they have all the tools) you are not running out of activations due to redistributing your keys, then reset it for you. note: do not re-send the email during those 3 days or you will be re-queued back automatically.
