Getting a weird hotfix issue to 1.0.7?

Hello! I am getting some weird hotfix windows opening when trying to apply patch 1.0.6 or 1.0.7. It unfortunately opens up a manifest for some reason? Not sure how this works but I was able to just have things download right in the hotfix window and then reboot to a set version.

 

Now I can't tell which version its on with this when I hit enter hotfix? Can anyone help?

Re-download the full version 1.0.7 here - hotfix servers are down for a bit.
