overcast weather again

hi guys

Situation:overcast weather strange

when ther is overcast weather,on the ground look at the sky is good but when you going up to sky you will  unable to see the overcast below,

 

 

I turn off the SKYMAXX PRO and RWC you can see the overcast below you(image shown below)

 

I've tried every Overcast Reprensentation and still the same

The answer is not going to be any different than last time and the discrepancy between fog.
