DANDO123 Posted May 20, 2016 Report Posted May 20, 2016 Good afternoon, after purchasing the amazing IXEG 737 Classic from X-Aviation I have not received any emails regarding the 3 updates that have been released bringing the aircraft to version 1.03. (One of my friends who also purchased the plane has received all 3 emails with details of how to update the aircraft). I submitted a ticket on 29 April with details of my problem and other than the confirmation email that I received of the ticket being generated, I have not received any other information or details of what the problem might be via email which makes me think that my email address is a problem. (I remember asking about a similar problem when I purchased Skymaxx Pro V3 and it was supposedly due to the fact that I had deselected to receive emails from x-aviation (which I cant remember doing) and my account was reset to receive emails from x-aviation by one of your staff using live chat). Please can you advise me on how to remedy this problem? Quote
Cameron Posted May 20, 2016 Report Posted May 20, 2016 On March 31, 2016 you elected to click a link and report that one of our Saab sale emails was spam. As such, you were automatically unsubscribed from the email system (by law we cannot continue sending you emails once a selection like this is made). Quote
