Hello!

I'm starting my transition of airliners flight to XP at all.

Bought IXEG past week and doing first flight now.

I'm new in airliners world at XP so i have doubts.

When taking off, i engage VNAV about 30 seconds after but no effect. Finally engaged 2 minutes after TO. There is a limitation here?

And also a very annoying problem. I engage LNAV and VNAV and also CMD but my joystick override AP and it disconnects.

Ok first question was my mistake. Does not pressed TO/GA button. Some months without airliners haha.

But second isnt resolved

Go to the aircraft menu and move the CWS slider all to the right, it seems your joystick is sending noise even when you are not touching it and overriding AP. Moving the slider to the right will increase the area where the aircraft will ignore joystick inputs while on A/P engaged.

Just setup it and set dead zone 5% in XP settings.

Just completed my first flight with IXEG and all i can say is superb.

Very happy with it!

Only a minor issue/mistake. When flying aprox in VNAV it descend too fast i think, intercepting ILS too fast and a bit low.

When do you guys change from VNAV to VS? Yo fly in VNAV to ILS? What is the correct behavior?

I haven't have any issue with intercepting the ILS....

Bear in mind that for now the VNAV calculations doesn't take into account the Wind prediction so if you have a very strong tailwind, you should start your descent earlier than the calculated one by pressing Des now in the descent page on the CDU, but des now is not implemented yet.

so you'll have to use some speed break or swith to HDG mode and divert a bit to give time to slow down before resuming in LNAV. Hopoefully it will better when des now will be implemented and even better when we could enter wind prediction
