K&A Sim Development Team Release V2.0 of T28-C

K&A Sim Development have released their latest version of the T28-C Trojan. This version is considered the 'Carrier' Edition, and has been re-written from the ground up. Some of the previous features that were available in 1.0 are not present in 2.0, though K&A state these will be available as purchasable and free extensions, along with other features that were not part of any prior release.
