Submitted Support Ticket One Week Ago - No Response

I submitted a support ticket Friday of last week and received the automated acknowledgement that my ticket had been submitted under number M6ENF.

I've not received a response yet. I've double checked my spam folder just in case it got sent there and I don't see anything.

I know you guys must be busy dealing with support for the IXEG 737 but I'd be most grateful if I could get a resolution to the problem I have outlined in the ticket.

Both of these guys were taken care of days ago. You certainly are alone. :)

That said, I see neither an original ticket from you or a new one. Send an e-mail directly to support@x-aviation.com
