I'm creating this Topic as a last resort, hoping that some of my support tickets will get answered. My customer ID is blocked, I tried to contact you by email but I was not successful!
It's very uncomfortable, buying a product you can't use for lack of support.
I'm a content producer for Youtube, I've always spoken very well about X-Aviation's products, but I don't understand why it takes so long to answer a ticket.
If you can have a little more respect with customers I would be very happy.
