I have my original account with my original purchases and without problem, but in my country when you change your internet provider your IP address also changes, x aviation blocked my account for alleged fraud I wrote more than 4 messages explaining what happened but I never even got a response on the part of said company, someone can help me ......

HELLO so when i load into x plane 11 and jump into the plane i login to the gizmo and a api error comes up attempt to call global and then it says no licence message lots of times can somone help thx this is my first time download

Is there anyone out there that is willing to tutor via phone on all aspects of x-plane systems mainly airport scenery, file set up basically on anything related to produce a flight simulator that I thought I purchased but instead got a computer nightmare. Anyone who's got their x-plane functioning the way it's suppose to that knows software systems. $ will be discussed. Please help ! I'm computer illiterate ! But a pilot.
